Great service! Excellent menu. Spicy Chicken rocks! Lots of parking. Lunch special is reasonable priced and a very big portion. Will visit again...

If you are in the Belle River area visiting family and friends, this is the best place to have authentic Chinese food ! Their dishes are actually prepared better than most Chinese restaurants in Toronto. Although this restaurant formerly had a bad reputation for its hygiene, take my word for it. This is the cleanest restaurant I have been inside for a while ! Their hot and sour soup was actually the best I have ever drank in my life. I highly recommend this place to all the locals and I will definitely be returning to House of Yan on my next visit to my grandparents' house !

We went in before they closed, and they were nice enough to let us take our time eating. The food is great and you really get a lot of food for the amount of money you pay. They bring boxes out for your leftovers which was very nice and unexpected from a small restaurant. They accept credit, debit, and of course cash. Its a great place to go out with friends or the family, just be mindful that there is initially 4 seats to a table and there is not a lot of dining area.
